Hello,


My roobet account was locked months ago with funds in it. I understand it was blocked for using a vpn but after many months and emails I have not heard a word about withdrawing my money from their website. That is all I want done then my account can be closed permanently. If roobet needs an up to date email or anything for the payout I will be quick to respond with it.

My account had been verified via email and all money in the account was from a deposit not bonus money.

Do I understand correctly that your account has been blocked with your winnings from real money (no bonus) inside? Have you been specifically promised that you will receive those funds? Were they not cancelled after the accusation of using the VPN?
