Good morning.

I made account in this company nearly a year ago.

I made my first withdrawl one month ago and after sucessfull veryfication I have got my money.

Then 2 weeks ago I tried to withdrawl 1/3 of my balance but it was rejected. When I came to withdrawl funds section I have seen this message "You do not have a permission to use a withdraw".


The company said: "Please be informed that your issue is under investigation.

As soon as we have an update regarding your matter, you will be notified."


14 days has gone and nothing has been changed.

They said on the chat that investgation could take a 6 months ...

I check the internet and even here on the casino guru you have a lot of complaints about similar behaviour from rolletto and their clones like mystake. They are let you withdrawl your winnings once then they block this option and freeze your account for 6 months!


How is this possible that they have 8,3/10 rating?

When I was checking for company and I see ranking like this I am pretty sure my money and I should be safe in here.

As I can see right now - no I am not.


Please help me to get my money back.

6 months of waiting is a time I cannot agree to besides it is unprofessional.

Rolletto change your behave or you would finish like other scam companys

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Did you play casino games or sports betting? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

My first withdrawl is from 06.01.2023 so the veryfication process has been finished probably 1-3 days earlier. They even wanted some additional selfie with ID which I send them.

I didnt use and bonuses just my money.

Last time I asked them about it probably 2-3 days ago and the answer was always the same.

I was waiting 14 days since they blocked my withdrawl page then I make complaint.

I have been waiting for email answer 4 days so I hope this time it wouldn`t take any longer.

Good morning.


After more than 3 weeks I have got my money.


Interesting that rolletto never came here to answer...

8.3/10 casino make same problem to much people.. I don```t know from where they have evaluation like this.


2nd thing - what is the problem to ask to make this video veryfication the same day when they blocked withdrawls options?

It would took less time and won`t look scary as 6 months investigation.

Anyway probably if I didn`t public complaint in 2 different places this veryfication would took more time.

Maybe rolletto is a good company but after my experince I will not recommend them to anyone.
