The player from the United Kingdom had won 1300 euros from free spins. The account had been abruptly closed while they were still playing and despite attempts to seek clarification, the casino had referred to their rules but wouldn't provide more information, leading to the loss of winnings. The player hadn't provided betting history, despite our requests, which could have helped to understand if there had been any breaches of the casino's bonus terms. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint due to the lack of player's response.

Recently signed up to the website and was given 100 free spins on a game. With the winnings from that game I played various others games still using the money used from the winnings.


I then managed to get those funds without using my own money up to 1300 euros.


Then out the blue whilst still playing. My account was closed and shut down. When I tried to speak with someone online. They referred me to rules number 10 on terms and conditions.


This didn't apply to me as I'd not cheated or done anything of the sort. I simply played various games and won.


They wouldn't elaborate on the incident and terminated my account and therefor those winnings were lost.


They clearly don't want players to win and close Aby winning accounts down

However, I didn't try to withdraw anything. I went to bed leaving 1300 in the account the following say whilst playing. My account was closed mid play without anyone warning me of any wrong doing.


When I tried to message the staff the following day they wouldn't explain why its been closed and fir no reason

I played the 100 free spins. Which won funds. I then played the same game along with various other games to get to the 1300 amount. The eager varied each game.


I didnt verify my account as I wasn't planning on withdrawing funds. It didn't state anything about this in terms and conditi9ns


That night I went to bed. The following day. I started playing again. And whilst playing without warning the account was closed.


I tried live chat only to be told my accounts closed and wouldn't give any reasons behind this

Can you please advise what kind of bets were you making while playing with the bonus - the bet amount.

One reason of confiscating the winnings might be betting over the maximum allowed limit which usually comes with a bonus. In such cases, the casino is entitled to confiscate the winnings generated from the bonus.

Hi,


I played various amounts across the day. There was no warning of increasing bets and the system allowed me to place larger bets other than £1 stake.


Once played the 100 free spins and won the funds I was playing mainly £1 stakes. This might have changed throughout the evening
