The player from the US has been trying to verify her account for 2 years. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been waiting for about 2 years now to be paid. I have submitted my documents about 6 times and they kept telling they did not receive them. However, each time I submit them I receive a confirming number with a ref number, finally the last time I was told it was in process, now when I sign in I am sent to play for fun with a fun balance of 250.00, no access to the real account, while my real balance is not highlighted, it is in darken color and I cannot access it, nor make a withdrawal request.
