I submitted a payout request on 5/15 via Bitcoin it is now 5/20. This finance department will do anything possible to delay payout it’s ridiculous. Bitcoin withdrawals should take 1-3 days to be authorized per their own website terms. I’m on day 3 and they always approve in the very early morning hours which tells me they aren’t approving today. It’s been 6 days, 3 full business days. While I understand it’s not been weeks the point of using Bitcoin is to avoid excessive delays and prompt processing but they never process promptly!! I shouldn’t have to get you all involved but they don’t process according to timeline they outline unless they are being encouraged by a 3rd party.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. A successful withdrawal request does not guarantee a withdrawal will be sent. You may undergo a routine gameplay check before any withdrawal is processed and sent to you.

It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Based on your previous complaints I assume, that it is only a matter of time until you receive your winnings.
