I have been a valued member of the red stag casino online I feel that I have been unfairly treated and wish to file a complaint against this casino.
I rightfully won and was in the withdrawal process on the final day of my payment they cancelled the withdrawal and told me my documentation was incorrect.
I promptly provided the correct information that they needed and then was told I failed to follow the rules, I didn't play the 40 x wager and I played a restricted game.
Percent support back emails of screenshots and copies to provide evidence I want the terms and conditions stipulate And at the casino won't let you withdraw unless you have played the 40 times Playthru and it doesn't let you play a restricted table games as such until the bonus money has been turned into valid funds since then they have just been continuously coming up with any excuse possible to not pay out the money.

What other "excuses" do you mean?
