The player from India had raised a complaint against Rajabets for delaying account verification after she submitted documents over 20 days ago. The player lost Rs. 35,000 due to this delay and Rajabets was withholding another Rs. 20,100 at the time. After she voiced her concerns, the casino verified her account. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

My rajabets username is- priy***ksh


Rajabets taking very long time to verify my account. I submitted my documents on 14th January and today after 20 days it is still showing under waiting. I spoke with Rajabets but they told me that there is no fix time to verify my account. How is it possible there must be a reasonable time for verification. I have already lost my 35k due to this and now they are holding my Rs. 20100 for this unnecessary delay. They never want to send my money that's the reason they deliberately delaying my verification process. Please help me to get my money back.

I saw many cases for this cheating done by Rajabets and I need someone who can stop Rajabets from doing this fraud.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

Hi Veronika,


First of all they asked me to provide documents and selfie which I provided and they got approved as well. However they asked me to provide only Bank statement in pdf format and I uploaded the same on 14th January 2023. I have attached screenshot for your reference as well. Every time they say we don't have any timeline for verification. How it is possible. Should I wait for years for this verification. Till now even after 21 days verification status is showing waiting. I do understand casino needs time to verify and I have been part of many casino they take hardly 3 days to verify. Here Rajabets deliberately delaying my verification and does not want to give me my hard earned money. A reasonable time is acceptable but 22 days is not acceptable at all. Kindly look into this and please ask Rajabets to verify my account.
