The player from India had experienced delays in the document verification process at Rajabets and suspected the casino was intentionally delaying the process. After the player's 7-day wait for KYC verification and a withdrawal request of 2,50,000, we intervened. We had invited Rajabets to join the conversation and explain the delay. The casino responded, confirming that the player's verification had been approved over a week ago. The player confirmed the resolution of his issue, leading us to mark the complaint as 'resolved'.

I have uploaded all the documents for Rajabets to verify, it is taking longer than expected to verify the documents. Looks like they are intentionally doing to loose the whole money.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

  • Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?
  • Could you please advise how many days ago you requested a withdrawal and started the account verification?

Its been 7 days now, i am not sure how many days usually casino's will take for kyc verification.


Also whenever i reach out to live chat, they have only answer saying they cant intervene, and verification is in the queue.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
