rajabets has launnched a promo where they top up crypto deposits by 20%

the max bonus uis capped to 5000


i took the bonus once played BJ and won and cashed out.


when i deposited today they informed me they were banning me from all promos. this was told to me after i had already made the deposit in good faith.


also if you are going to ban a player from promos just because he won once its ridic. dont give promos then


i think they only want slotplayers but the terms and conditions stated a 1x rollover with no restriction on BJ


I think i have been treated very unfarily. I am a KYC verified customer


I would like rajabets to reconsider and allow me to participate in the loss back promo as long as i only bet on sports.

Do I understand correctly that the casino paid you the winnings you accumulated with the first bonus, and only after that did they disable the option to claim bonuses for you?

It's important to note that each casino has its own unique bonus policy and reward system. A bonus is essentially a gift from the casino, and it's up to the casino to determine if you qualify for it and what rules apply.

If you're unable to activate a certain bonus, there is likely a specific reason for it. However, we do not investigate these reasons further and we cannot compel casinos to provide specific bonuses to you.

i was given the bonus on my first deposit, i turned a small profit playing blackjack. when i had cashed out i made a 2nd much larger deposit


this was a crypto deposit and they made me wait for a hour to credit it in my account. normally takes 15 mins.

i filled out the bonus form and didnot get the bonus. I contacted live chat who informed me I was BANNED FROM all promos.



i should have been informed that i was banned before i made my 2nd deposit not after.


i made the deposit in good faith expecting the bonus.


However things have turned much uglier. I wagered my own money and won. They rejected my withdrawl citing use of martignale. this is really ridiculous


I was wagering my own money and i am free to bet as i wish. i didnot make even/odd low risk bets. further martingale is a high risk and i took the risk


they have forced me to again wager my deposit and the amount i won. I have seen other cases with rajabets where the same happened to players. they keep wagering and the casino keeps saying it is risk free so it doesnt count


i have never seen a casino not allow doubling down on baccarat bets. how else are we supposed to play?


further the martingale was only for 5 hands on baccarat. most of my play was blackjack


i have now wagered on sports but it seems they are always finding new excuses to not let me withdraw.


I am happy if they just let me cash out my deposit and forfeit my winnings even though it it all legitimate gambling


you may see my betting history and you will find nothing wrong

As I have been forced to wager my entire deposit and winnings. I have bet on sports. the min is 1.2 and I am posting proof that I am not breaking any rules


I am afraid they will again find some new rule or excuse and ask me to wager all over again. please see the proof and let me know if there is any issue. I definitely want to finish the wagering asap so I can cash out which is why there are a bunch of bets. but that shouldn't be a problem. it is not a risk free bet

Proof that My KYC is complete and my documents are verified and approved by the casino. I have seen previus cases where Rajabets have asked players to repeat KYC even though they were verified as a delay tactic and make them wait for months.

Nice to see such great news! Thank you for confirmation.

As was indicated above by my colleague Veronika, the casino has the right to refuse or stop providing its bonuses to any player, without giving a reason. Therefore, it makes no sense to devote time to it, because the casino is not obliged to provide us with the reason for restricting you from bonuses. In addition, we are talking about something that the casino offers to its players for free, on top of their real money deposits. So, it is understandable they can limit them as they see fit (within fairness) and decide to stop providing them to anyone and at any time.

In case you need the exact reason, I recommend you turn to the casino's Customer Support or the gaming authority the casino is regulated by (submitting a complaint to them for example). Alternatively, if bonuses were the main reason you deposited and played there, but the casino refuses to allow bonuses on your account, there are many online casinos to choose from, and nothing prevents you from registering and playing at a different casino.
