I deposited 30000 INR in order to claim the 10% crypto bonus. After depositing I was told that the 'Risk department' says I am entitled to no bonuses. However, the main issue I have is that they refuse to process my withdrawal after wagering my deposit once (according to their terms a deposit without an attached bonus only has to be played once) after getting my balance up to 45301 INR and playing my balance once, they now say I have to wager another 45301 before I can withdraw. This is unfair, I no longer want to play in this casino, please allow me to rightfully withdraw my funds

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

This condition is bound to our Terms and Conditions that any bet which is considered as "Risky" upon the examination made by the Risk Department of Rajabets would not be considered as Wagering to make a withdrawal.


You shall complete your remaining wagering to make a withdrawal as you were informed through the live support.




Lastly, as Rajabets, we hereby provide service to various people&region, we condemn any racist slur/saying and kindly ask Mr Bradley to avoid such behavior, there is no penalty has been made for what he has said.

I was only making "banker" bets on baccarat, could Rajabets casino please explain how this is considered a "risky bet"?

This wasn't even Live baccarat where players can collude to gain an unfair advantage. It still hasn't been explained to me how any of my bets could be deemed "risky", it seems you are making up nonsense and finding any (invalid) reason to withhold my winnings.

We don't think that placing bets only on banker should be considered risky enough to increase the wagering requirements for players.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles.


Generally, if your intention to deposit was because of the bonus and this bonus was not granted, we believe you have a right to cancel the deposit. 

You won during wagering 1x, so the question is what casino considers to be a not risky bet because your bets don't sound risky to me.
