We reopened the complaint because we receive this message from Diane:


"I have given them all the id they wanted which was a lot they still refused to release my winnings and then they blocked my account so I cannot even apply for a withdrawl they completely ignore my emails and don't respond to my requests this is the worst site I have ever played on and I am sorry I played on it in the first place nothing but hassle and I am very angry"
