I have had a $2500 wire withdrawal pending since 11/24 that I am starting to get very concerned about. I had spoken to customer service on the live chat twice, and they said they were passing on my information to the payout team to figure out what's going wrong and get me paid. That hasn't been followed up on. am starting to get very concerned about it. All of my bank information should be correct and updated, and my account/identity verified.

Is this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Since when is your account fully verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings?

Note, that during the Holidays it might be possible that some activities are delayed within the casino. If your account have been verified in the last 2 weeks, I think it will be a matter of time to receive the money once the verification was complete.

Hey there Nick, thanks for the response. Not sure if you intended me to respond here or via email, so I'll start here in the name of transparency and you can let me know what I need to email.


This is my first attempted withdrawal. I did use a bonus/promo, but it marked as no max. My identity/account is fully verified through HooYu. I can't find the exact date, but believe it was sometime in the week starting on 11/7/21. So that puts us well past the two week date that I keep hearing and underscores the source of my concern.

I got an email from a representative from your Account Verification Team last night, and provided them with the additional information and bank Estatement they requested. Hopefully that gives them everything they need to push this through.


Question for you: Once we sort out everything with account verification and get this payment through, will future withdrawals happen on a shorter timeline? That would be the factor if I continue to use Raging Bull or not, because this 3 month delay is not acceptable.

All is in place now and your withdrawal request has been reviewed and approved. That should be going out our 3rd party for payment in the next couple business days (if not today). Once it is released to our 3rd party we are generally looking at 3-10 business days on delivery with a wire transfer.
