Customer service repeatedly informed her that the issue was being escalated, but it took 48 business hours each time, causing ongoing delays. The player confirmed on June 13th that the withdrawal was approved and supposed to be sent to her bitcoin account, but she had not received it. After further communication, the player reported on June 27th that the money was received. We marked the complaint as resolved.

I requested a withdrawal of $200 on May 31st I had already completed the verification process through the third party company that they use and when I talk to customer service and ask what the status of my withdrawal was they keep telling me that they're going to escalate it but that takes 48 business hours which is six business days so another week at least just to get an answer about anything.

Unfortunately I didn't screenshot the chats and I don't know how to retrieve them. The last chat was a fee days ago and they said it would deposited into my bitcoin wallet on 6/27/24
