Actually, I really enjoyed being a loyal player at 24Casino.
However, a few days ago there was an experience that disappointed me so much that I no longer want to play there.
I received €16.57 in cashback from the weekly cashback. This cashback came from my net losses. I was "very lucky" and won €400, which I then wanted to withdraw.
After almost 30 hours, my €400 withdrawal was rejected, and my winnings were confiscated. I was left with €165.7 (10x the original cashback). I was then able to withdraw this successfully.
After canceling my first withdrawal of €400, I was informed that I had violated the bonus terms and conditions. However, I wasn't informed of this beforehand. Not on the website, nor in the Telegram group. Not even, as is common with other casinos, was the "excess amount" removed after completing the wagering requirements.
I remained in good faith that I was entitled to the €400 winnings.
Of course, I'm very disappointed with this approach, and frankly, I find these cashback conditions unfair. If you've already suffered losses, you should at least have the opportunity to win back your losses with this cashback. In the end, it's still a game of chance, and whether you win is decided by chance and luck.
I find the way the casino treated me unfair and unacceptable. Ultimately, I decided I don't want to play there anymore. The competition offers much fairer conditions.
The terms and conditions state that the casino can change its terms and conditions at any time or make exceptions, but this was not the case for me.

Nach knapp 30 Stunden wurde meine Auszahlung in höhe von 400€ abgelehnt und mir wurden die Gewinne beschlagnahmt und ich behielt 165,7€ (10x des ursprünglichen Cashbacks). Diese durfte ich danach erfolgreich auszahlen.
Nach der Stornierung der 1. Auszahlung in Höhe von 400€ wurde mir mitgeteilt, das ich gegen die Bonusbedingungen verstoßen habe. Dies wurde mir aber nicht vorher mitgeteilt. Nicht auf der Website, und auch nicht in der Telegram Gruppe. Nicht mal, wie bei anderen Casinos üblich wurde mir die "überschüssige Summe" entfernt nach abschließen der Umsatzanforderungen.
Ich blieb im Guten Glauben, dass mir der 400€ Gewinn zusteht.
Natürlich bin ich jetzt sehr enttäuscht von dieser vorgehensweise und ehrlich gesagt finde ich diese Bedingungen bezüglich des Cashbacks unfair. Wenn man schon vorher "Verluste" "erlitten" hat, sollte man wenigstens mit diesem Cashback die Möglichkeit kriegen, seine Verluste wieder zurück zu Gewinnen. Am Ende bleibt es Glücksspiel und ob man Gewinnt entscheidet der Zufall und das Glück.
Die Vorgehensweise, wie das Casino mich behandelt hat finde ich unfair und nicht in Ordnung. Letztlich bin ich zum Entschluss gekommen, dass ich hier nicht mehr spielen möchte. Da bietet die Konkurrenz deutlich fairere Konditionen.
In den AGB's steht das Casino könnte jederzeit ihre Bedingungen nach eigenem Willen ändern oder Ausnahmen nutzen aber dies war bei mir nicht der Fall.
