The player from Washington had requested a withdrawal a month ago. Despite having their request approved, the money had not reached their Bitcoin wallet. After the player confirmed that this was his first withdrawal and he had been verified for almost a month, we had invited the casino's representative to the conversation. The casino had stated that the $100 withdrawal was paid out via Bitcoin, but the player did not confirm receipt of the funds. Despite our efforts to contact the player, he did not respond to our messages. As a result, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Requested my payout on the 13 last month and it's been approved since the 28 of last month. They spent the whole time telling me it would be in my bitcoin wallet NO LATER than the 12 of this month and I still dont have my money. When I chat with them on the website they all keep telling me the same thing word for word, "It's been escalated and you can check back to see if there are any updates". None of them will talk to me off script and give me a real answer about when I will get my money and they just end the chat when I try to get them to actually talk instead of giving me their copy paste "it's been escalated" message. I just want my withdrawal and to be done with this AWFUL casino.
