Despite our attempts to contact the casino, it didn't react to the complaint therefore the case was closed as unresolved. However, the player informed us the other day that the winnings had been received and the issue solved, therefore we changed the status of the complaint to the "solved" one.

Never paid me out after making several deposits... now can't even login to the site. Withdrawal was still pending when access was revoked, and after being assured by chat support, everything was fine.

I'm not sure how I would do that, as I am unable to login, however I did receive one payout prior to this incident and my KYC was approved, I received zero explanation of why I'm not able to login, have sent emails to customer care with no response.i've been playing on the site as an active depositerfor no less than six months, most likely more

In regards to my username, I logged in using inclave which is my email and password... my actual user name for raging bull I noticed in the top right of corner of promo emails. It's 8vet1x3ul...(odd that I still receive promo emails yet can't access site🤔)

The one payout that I did receive, and kyc accepted/approved was on a no deposit bonus with a max cashout of just 100 I believe. And I was also told future payouts would be faster but this happened instead.

Thanks I appreciate that. I was able to reach support yesterday and the rep was super nice and everything, confirmed that the payout request was still pending and double checked to make sure my bitcoin address hadn't changed. But no info as far as why it's been pending for so long or if and when I will receive my winnings. It's a bummer, it's a really cool site, I deposit a lot, never had anything but good things to say till this happened. I am more surprised and disappointed than anything else🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you for the updates, garagedoordude81. There's always a chance that there may be some problems with the payment processor, casinos sometimes cannot really influence it. But I'm glad to hear that support is responsive, I hope that this is just a matter of time.

Anyway, we will keep waiting for a reply from a casino representative, who'd be able to look into the issue in a more detailed way.

Hello, it's now been 15 business days(19 cal lender days) since my withdrawal request and it hasn't even been reviewed yet according to support. It clearly states on the website all withdrawal request will be reviewed within 7 business days. Unfortunately support doesn't have anything to do with reviews and payouts. Apparently it's a completely different department..finance I believe they said. Subsequently support can provide no information in regards to reasons for such a lengthy delay or when there will be an update or if I will even receive winnings at all. Twice support has escalated this matter to the relevant department.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Which "MAY" negatively impact their rating? How could it not? They continue to completely ignore my emails, ignore your opportunity to respond to this, stiil pay not pay the winnings out, the withdrawal request has been pending for weeks going on a month when he clearly states seven days for review. If This doesn't negatively impact their rating what on earth does!? You guys are considered a reliable source, therefore take on at least a little bit of responsibility for the ratings and reviews you give. To not hurt their rating for this would be to condone it. I am shocked that there would even be a question of whether or not a non-response and a refusal to pay out legitimate winnings to an active depositer would lower their rating or not. It's literally the worst possible thing a casino can do! Utter disbelief. What you're telling me essentially is that ultimately these casinos have zero accountability and can do whatever they want with zero consequences. That's a horrifying statement

file there's been an exciting development. Went to my account and there was no withdrawal pending. Check my transaction history nothing about the withdrawal request contacted support and was informed that my request was approved and will receive payment in 7 to 10 business days. It sounds good to me, however let's see if it comes or not the reason given was high volume of transactions. So by seven days for review, they mean seven to? Days for review could be anything... I feel like that's valuable information for future depositors players alike... if I do get my payment that would be wonderful but at best case scenario it's super late... y'all will be the first to know if I get it or not as this case has been most interesting

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
