The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal almost three weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. The issue has been resolved successfully.
I tried this casino the first time on April15 or 16 and did pretty good. Made a withdraw on the first day of $ 950 . The next day a hit again. Got up to over $7000. On April 17, 2023 I requested a withdraw of $ 2500 ( the Dailey limit) the next day I requested Another $2500.
The first withdraw went through with no problems. I received the funds in less than 24 hours so I am thinking everything is good. I am not sure which promotion I used. I believe it was a no rules bonus, I did meet the wagering requirements so that should not have been the problem. I contacted the support staff through live chat and was told about the time frame. 7-10 business days so I waited. On the 28 or 29 I tried to inquire about the withdraw and was told that a request was sent to financial. I also learned that the first request that went through so fast was because I used coindraw and this option was no longer available because I was no longer had a VIP in the status.
I got the VIP status from one of the sister sites. Slot of Vegas, Plant7, silverOak, or lucky legends, not sure which one it was. Anyway I tried reaching the casino again but they have stopped communicating with me. I cancelled my second $2500 request I made on the 18th and then half of the first 2500 was approved and half was denied. They approved $1250 and requested a new withdraw of $1250. I have not received the money that was approved.
I did request another $250 withdraw thinking if it was a smaller amount that it would be more likely that I could get something. Anyway, it did not work. The casino will not communicate with me so now I am stuck and need to reach out for help.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Which payment method you have opted for? Have you been asked to change your original payment method?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Half of the original 2500 was approved on may the 3rd but I have not received it in my bitcoin wallet. The other half was denied and was resubmitted by the casino.
I use crypto for deposits and withdraws. I made a withdraw of 950 that was almost immediate with coindraw but that option is no longer available to me because my VIO status was removed

I want to thank you again for your help. As of now I still have 2 withdraw request. 1 is for $250 that was requested on 5-1-23 and one for $1250 that was requested on 5-3-23.
Not really sure what is going on and the casino is still not communicating with me. If there is some way you can find out some I would be forever grateful.

was looking at my account and the 250 request is gone so I am assuming it was sent for payment.
just to see what would happen I started a live chat and a Mila Palmer actual responded to me. So at least they are communicating with me again. I asked her about the 1250 and she asked me to confirm my BTC address which I did and she said she would get it escalated. ??? What ever that means.
