I am confused with there withdrawal formality once requested it stated 5 business days.Then talked to customer service than they say longer…I’ve played with them before. Took along time for payout but thought maybe it was a hiccup was wondering if you could take a look. Appreciate it. Rick

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Hello thank you for getting back to me so. Fast I requested the withdrawal on 6-9-22 the problem is they say 5 business days.than one says 7 etc. so you are saying wait 2 weeks…ok. I have had quicker before…than when should I get back to ya…..thanks rick

Yes still making excuses over the business day. Once again weekend approaching. I know we choose to play but if this was at the casino we would collect now..last time I won it took awhile they said it would not happen again..please resolve. Thank you

Yes I have before. And I did not use a bonus. It’s crazy because they make the same excuses. I know we choose to play however they collect our deposits and to complain about loosing.etc etc

I still have not received it it has not been the 28th. My money still is not there I have bills I’ve been I’ll it was June 9th and finally got approved 28 thanks Adam. Can you check again really appreciate your help.

Part 2 they Always have a hard time paying. Always. They do not like paying people. One person says one thing and one says other. Thanks hope my money is in there because I don’t want to make it worse for them. I like playing there but. Slow as hell paying people. I’ve contacted a few other players thanks again
