So I finally got a decent amount and try to withdrawal but I have to verify the 3 different cards I've deposited with and submit my ID. Well I submitted the 2 cards I've used in the last 5 months. There's a 3rd card needing verification but it hasn't been used in 5 months, is no longer valid, and is so old the numbers on the back are all worn away. All that can be read is my name, the cv code and the first 3 #s, that's it. So I tried uploading photos of it but it keeps saying "blurry or dim photos and to not cover the numbers" which, btw, I am not. They are gone. So I wait 45 minutes to chat with support and I explain that the card in question is no longer valid and so beat up it is unlegible. I am told to write a letter explaining this to the document department, sign it, and send to documents email address. So I did, as well as submit my ID photos bc they keep getting rejected when I try to verify. So I'm not even close to withdrawal at this point, I'm extremely frustrated bc they have no problem taking my deposits but when I finally want to cash out the silliest things are preventing me from even verifying my account. So I send the letter, photos of ID, and photos of the card Ive used for my last 25 deposits. So far no response besides the automated one saying that received my email. To be fair it's only been 48 hours, but it feels like weeks when I constantly keep trying to upload my ID and explain about my card. I've emailed documents@ragingbull explaining, as well as sent emails to the help@ and support@ e-addresses. So I will update this if/when I can withdrawal. And my account says the whole balance is a available to withdrawl, as soon as I verify. Arrrgghhh!!! I really hope they are a honest site as I've spent alot here, and also use several other sites that I've never had a problem with. They are not owned by RB though. To be continued.......

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

  • Is the verification of your 3rd card the only obstacle in completing account verification?
  • Is there a way for you to obtain confirmation from the issuing institution (such as your bank or the card company) that the card was issued in your name?

I tried contacting the bank associated with that card but bc they are an online only bank they said there is nothing they can do as I've already cancelled the card and it isn't associated with my account anymore. But in a chat on their app I did get them to say that the card ending in 0166 did belong to me so I screenshot that chat and emailed it to the verification dept. The only other issue I'm having moving forward to withdrawal is getting my state id verified. It keeps getting rejected" saying blurry or too much glare". So I've resubmitted it again just now and made sure every letter on the ID was legible front and back. I also uploaded photos of it to the verification dept via email to hopefully expedite the process. No word back yet but I'm hopeful. I'm trying to cash out 3700.00. That's a lot of $. I need that. Appreciate your help. You guys are awesome!

So I was informed that verification was accepted and I can initiate withdrawal. Did that 2 days ago and will let you know when/if the $ arrives

Right after I posted the last post about my account being verified I was informed by chat, only bc I asked and initiated the conversation, that I was not verified and need to resubmit my bank pdf and utility bill. So after all this daily back and forth with the casino, this response, which I wouldn't have known had I not asked about my withdrawal status, really ticked me off. It had been 3 weeks and I'm really starting to feel like they do all this intentionally to dissuade players from requesting withdrawals. So once again I submit all the documents requested, to the correct email addresses, and am now -as of yesterday told that all documentation is verified and that now my withdrawal just needs to be approved ,3-5 working days, and then 5-10 working days for my bank to post the withdrawal. So I will update ,again!, when I finally get resolution.

So apparently, only 22 days after I initially submitted, my withdrawal has been approved and I was told it will now take 10-14 business days to iniate then however long my institution takes to post it. So for everyone out there it has been 3 1/2 weeks and now told it will be another 2 or more weeks till its even initiated. So expect to wait a month before being paid out. Wild Casino had my $1200 withdraw posted to my bank account in 8 days. Just saying. And I still haven't seen any $ from Raging Bull

So it's been over 7 days since my withdrawal was approved but I'm still waiting for it to be sent to my bank, which I was informed could take another 5 days then I potentially another 5-10 for my bank to process. It's been almost a month since I first requested my withdrawal of 2500.00. I'll keep you and your readers updated once the transfer to my account has happened.

I have reviewed the situation and all of the necessaries were in place to send the approved withdrawal for payment to our 3rd party payment providers, I have escalated it for express disbursal. Once the funds are released from the casino to the 3rd party we are generally looking at 3-10 business days on delivery to the player's bank account.
