Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I'm Michal and I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed your case and will contact the casino to see if I can help. I would like to put to your attention the fact that Pure Casino is not always forthcoming to resolve complaints with us and in some cases has ignored us completely, but regardless of several unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep on trying.

Representative(Vip Support) got in touch and promised to pay last week, but nothing has been paid yet unfortuanually. Hope this week changes something , anyway we'll see

Unfortunately, there has been no response from the casino to me at all. I will reset the timer for additional 7 days to see if the casino will stick to its promise as you mentioned above.

If they don't respond or pay you your withdrawal, we will close this complaint as unresolved which will have a negative impact on the casino's rating.
