This is by far one of the worst casinos I've ever played at..they entice you in with all these nice bonuses..for slots...i decided to take the 20% happy hour bonus with a playthrough of 180 on a 150 deposit..regular terms and conditions..as soon as i had finished the playthrough and was ready to cash out 300 the support staff disappeared, stopped answering their messages as to why my playthrough was still at 0 of 180 after wagering over $200..i was only playing big bass keepin it reel and book of golden sands at less than $4 a bet..of course my curiousity got the best of me and i continued to play until i worked it up to 700 and then lost it all..im not gonna blame the casino for that..but their support staff and software dont work like other casinos..after this experience here, i know for sure ill never be back unless theyre offering no deposit bonuses or free spins..i wont be depositing another dime at this 3rd rate casino. Terrible experience here. I deposited using my debit MasterCard from my major bank in Canada. One that allows online gambling transactions. They asked me to verify by sending in a bank statement with my name and the card number on it which does not exist. My bank doesn't do that. I offered them another way to verify by watching me log into my online bank with my card number, which they ignored. They said well if you can't provide exactly what we asked we can't verify you. And they have literally no other deposit options that would work for me and besides. Now I can't trust a casino that will gladly accept my deposit but refuses to work with me to get my account verified.

They gave me a free welcome chip and then spam my email everyday with offers just like any other casino..I can't remember which ones I've claimed free bonuses at and they sent me more free spins with no deposit requirement only issue is I'm in the middle of spinning them, my account is automatically logged out and I go to log back in and it doesn't accept my password. I won a fair amount off one of my initial deposits I think it might have been the 1st deposit and a 100% bonus with a 35x playthrough..I played through and made over 1300 before going on a horrible losing streak while waiting for my account to be verified. About 2 hours after busting I receive an email..your account has been verified. You are free to withdraw. Ya okay then..made SEVERAL cash deposits after..every single one wins nothing. I look at their RTP..their about 2% lower than the pragmatic and hacksaw standard RTP..if you go over to Gamdom..you dont see this issue..this casino has naturally lower RTP if you look across the board at every slot the ones that are supposed to be 96% RTP are showing as 94 or worse..this makes a big difference in the long run.
