The bonus is complete rip off. You are not allowed to play any known games when converting the bonus. At any reputable site, you can't even play the games you're not allowed to play. There is always a message "You are not allowed to play this game due to our bonus conditions" (or something similar). It's different with VegaDreams, there you let you play the game and when you try to pay out you're only told that all winnings are void. Also, especially the banned games are extremely hard to find. It's completely different on other sites, where you can always find it relatively quickly. In my opinion, a targeted scam to rip off the bonus, which looks good at first glance. In my case, I won almost €6,000 in Big Bamboo with a €100 deposit, which of course was not paid out. It is also interesting that web archives show that the game Big Bamboo was only recently added to the list of banned games. At this point you have to say that this took place before my big win, but as a user you were not informed that the regulations had changed. So if you're unlucky, games that are still allowed at registration may suddenly no longer be allowed. The processing of the verification has been going on for three weeks.
I see the problem in that I won something and they don't want to pay out this amount.

I can't understand the good reviews here, this casino is really bad. The slots don't run smoothly, you have the feeling that you are being monitored. The website is stale you can't see your free spins or bonuses anywhere there is always a pop up window telling you your bonuses or progress the window also pops up mid game you can't close it you have to exit the website completely and reload and restarting the slot totally sucks. Vegadream Casino is literally the ultimate with their terms and conditions and their audacity. I wanted to pay out 6000 euros, met the bonus conditions and turned over 14000 euros! So I had 6000 in real assets which I then wanted to pay out. the withdrawal was processed and 2 days later 150 euros appeared on my vegadream.com account and saw that all my withdrawals were declined. my 6000 did not appear on the volcanic vegas account i wrote the "support" to so unfriendly and dubious. "Your withdrawals have been declined and your winnings will be forfeited. People believe me they swallow your money but when it comes to payouts they are literally unscrupulous people. I had also played on other sites more often and had taken advantage of the bonuses there and also been able to pay them out. I always read the bonus terms and conditions.
