I've been waiting for my €5,000 withdrawal for 26 days already. The first time it took 18 days and the withdrawal was approved, but there was supposedly a technical error, which is why the money didn't arrive. Now I've been waiting another 5 days for my second attempt to withdraw the money! I can only advise you to be careful, and if you don't want to deal with long waiting times for withdrawals, stay away.
My first withdrawal of €1200 about a year ago arrived within 24 hours. Now I've been waiting for 26 days for my next withdrawal. I thought that since the first attempt took 18 days due to a technical error, it would be faster this time, but no such luck. I've already been waiting for another five days.

I've been playing here on and off for almost five years, and I have to say, once you get used to the quirks, like the fact that prohibited slots aren't blocked when using bonus money, or that many links don't work properly in the mobile version, it's a top-notch casino. This is by far one of the worst casinos I've ever played at..they entice you in with all these nice bonuses..for slots...i decided to take the 20% happy hour bonus with a playthrough of 180 on a 150 deposit..regular terms and conditions..as soon as i had finished the playthrough and was ready to cash out 300 the support staff disappeared, stopped answering their messages as to why my playthrough was still at 0 of 180 after wagering over $200..i was only playing big bass keepin it reel and book of golden sands at less than $4 a bet..of course my curiousity got the best of me and i continued to play until i worked it up to 700 and then lost it all..im not gonna blame the casino for that..but their support staff and software dont work like other casinos..after this experience here, i know for sure ill never be back unless theyre offering no deposit bonuses or free spins..i wont be depositing another dime at this 3rd rate casino. Very positive experience with Vegadream. I just saw that it says that players from Austria are not allowed to play there, which I think is old information. Well, what I really like are the live casino games. There are many different games and providers available. I would sometimes wish for some cashback, I think the level system only goes up to 25%.

The bonus is complete rip off. You are not allowed to play any known games when converting the bonus. At any reputable site, you can't even play the games you're not allowed to play. There is always a message "You are not allowed to play this game due to our bonus conditions" (or something similar). It's different with VegaDreams, there you let you play the game and when you try to pay out you're only told that all winnings are void. Also, especially the banned games are extremely hard to find. It's completely different on other sites, where you can always find it relatively quickly. In my opinion, a targeted scam to rip off the bonus, which looks good at first glance. In my case, I won almost €6,000 in Big Bamboo with a €100 deposit, which of course was not paid out. It is also interesting that web archives show that the game Big Bamboo was only recently added to the list of banned games. At this point you have to say that this took place before my big win, but as a user you were not informed that the regulations had changed. So if you're unlucky, games that are still allowed at registration may suddenly no longer be allowed. Der Bonus ist komplette Abzocke. Man darf quasi keine bekannten Spiele beim Umsetzen des Bonus spielen. Auf jeder seriösen Seite kann man die Spiele, die man nicht spielen darf gar nicht spielen. Dort kommt immer eine Meldung "Sie dürfen dieses Spiel aufgrund unserer Bonus-Bedingungen nicht spielen" (oder ähnlich). Bei VegaDreams ist das anders, dort lässt man einen das Spiel spielen und es wird einem beim Versuch der Auszahlung erst mitgeteilt, dass alle Gewinne hinfällig sind. Außerdem sind vor allem die verbotenen Spiele extrem schwer zu finden. Das ist auf anderen Seiten ganz anders, dort findet man das immer relativ schnell. Meiner Meinung nach eine gezielte Masche um den im ersten Moment gut aussehenden Bonus abzuzocken. In meinem Fall habe ich mit einer 100€ Einzahlung knapp 6.000€ in Big Bamboo gewonnen, die natürlich nicht ausgezahlt wurden. Interssant auch, dass man Web Archive sehen kann, dass das Spiel Big Bamboo erst vor kurzem in die Liste der verbotenen Spiele eingetragen wurde. An der Stelle muss man sagen, dass dies vor meinem großen Gewinn stattfand, allerdings wurde man als Nutzer eben nicht darufhingewiesen, dass sich die Regularien geändert haben. Wenn man also Pech hat, können Spiele die bei der Anmeldung noch erlaubte Spiele sind, plötzlich nicht mehr erlaubt sein. Außerdem konnte man sich nicht auf der Seite verifizieren, sondern nur per Mail, was ich auch komisch fand. Die Info, dass mein Geld auf der Seite abgezogen wird kam natürlich auch erst 4 Tage nach der Beantragung.

The processing of the verification has been going on for three weeks. I see the problem in that I won something and they don't want to pay out this amount. I can't understand the good reviews here, this casino is really bad. The slots don't run smoothly, you have the feeling that you are being monitored. The website is stale you can't see your free spins or bonuses anywhere there is always a pop up window telling you your bonuses or progress the window also pops up mid game you can't close it you have to exit the website completely and reload and restarting the slot totally sucks.
