Trying to withdraw money over a week now can't talk to anyone when they do send a message there saying it should of only taking a day or too and That maybe there is problems with my documents there is no problem with My documents all have been uploaded and verified but I can not talk to anyone

Could you please advise if you received a confirmation from the casino your account is fully verified? When exactly did you request a withdrawal from the casino? Is this your first withdrawal in this casino? Did you accumulate your win using a bonus?
