I was told via chat that the money would take 5-7 days to be refunded and nothing would happen. I then sent them the transaction via screenshot and now they want my bank statements for the last 10 days as a PDF file. They just need to contact the relevant departments, because my money has to be somewhere. POSTSCRIPT: The money arrived after 14 days. The new problem: The 200% bonus that I activated at the time was not given. I then contacted them again and even sent them a screenshot of the offer. So I asked if he could verify my account straight away. And then the surprise... he went through every document with me, rejected two and told me why and what I had to change.
