I have completed verification completely

My withdrawal is not being processed just cancels my withdrawals and no reply

Once after 7 days my withdrawal got cancelled

I have got immense mental health affect from this casino

I have been very disappointed from the support

I haven't made any withdrawals before this is my first withdrawal

There is only bank payment as withdrawal method

My winnings are without bonuses

Yesterday I asked them the reason to cancel my withdrawal and they have suspended me from casino saying I will get a reply from mail but haven't received it yet feels very disappointing

Ok please close this complaint they did get back to me and have processed withdrawal back to my card it seems solved now
