PlayToro Casino - Player’s bet has been rejected.

while i am playing on authentic gaming Aspers casino my balance disappeared and could not rebet and 3 winning numbers came out cost me missing winnings 3100€.

i was betting number 12 with 5 neighbouring numbers total bet 313 €

after a lost i try to rebet but no balance .after winning number shown my balance was back .i went to chat to upload screenshots of my bets and the disappeard balance 2 more winning numbers came out .after casino investigation the provider replayed like this :This game round was cancelled because one of the security requirements were not met. In details, the dealer spun the wheel too quickly after the previous winning number and did not wait the required time (so the players can conveniently place their bets).

This is a dealer's mistake and we truly apologize to you and your end user. Unfortunately the stakes were not accepted due to the above mentioned reason and we do not have any record of the player's betting attempts to calculate the potential winnings.

1-the game was going as usual i did not see what he is saying i remember i waited more than one minute (normally they spin every 30 seconds)to make the bet not knowing my balance was disappeard .the site cant be put in fullscreen so everything was difficult to see .

2-to calculate my potential winning he just had to look into my last bet .

roulette is very hard to beat and when we can win the tricks come in .i dont know how many excuses i have heard till now.it is a shame .the playier win ,pay out period no need to walk around the issue .a win is a win like a loss is a loss.

the casino should provide the provider of my last lost bet and demand to refund 713€ for number 12 .

provider speaks about security reason caused the issue lol.i have seen many things happend at authentic gaming were they just with out a pause just spin the ball .i have seen once the ball jumped out of the wheel the pitboss just picked it up and putted back in the wheel while the round continued .so please dont fool us .

Since your bets have been rejected instead of being accepted and cancelled subsequently, there’s not much we can do for you. The entire spin/game has been voided and none of the casinos will pay your hypothetical win.

hi ,my balance was gone i could not rebet .again what this man says is a lie .the game continued normally and players got their wins at the table only online not.i am bussy now closing all acounts i am donne with this online scam.working to get payed what you won honestly is a shame every casino doing this .it is free profit for them.thanks for your effort .

Do I understand correctly that your bet was rejected and the funds credited back to your active balance? If that's the case, I'm truly sorry but we can't force the casino to pay you winnings from a bet which has never been confirmed.

again:i was normaly betting my last bet 313€ bet i was betting number 3 with 5 neighboured numbers 3,35,12,28,7.29,26,0,32,15,19. number 13 came out so a lost .then i wait to the bets go open i try to rebet but my balance was gone not enough balance it should be 450€ but it was 130€ or so and after number 12 came out wich was a winner my balance was back to original.simply said some one did a trick to avoid me betting and win .there were no warnings nothing .the game was normal .i know the stream has a delay and they can see the outcoming numbers and the bets .so they can trick you not to bet .i am confinced some one interfered .why because after number 12 ,28 and number 3 came out direct after 12 that was 3100€ potential winnings .i lost 5000€ real money of this trick that night due distraction and confusing i could ending in profit more then 8000€.

the casino say bet was not confirmed but were was the balance for 1 minute .if the game dont accept the bet then it should be back in the balance immidiatly or am i wrong?and not after the nect winning number was out.

let the casino bring proof that there was no scam involved .why we as players have to proof that we were scammed .the casino have the screenshots showing exactly what i am saying here .the disappeard balance the time and the winning numbers .i also have sent them the screenshot showing the initial bets.

see my following complaint about this casino.it takes a leem one minute to see they are scammers .see the last vegas casino complaint here .it looks similar to mine .you cant just blame all the things happening due technical issues .it is not .

please i will say it one more time .i did not bet i was trying to rebet the same gameplay but there was no balance left or not enough .my balance was 470€ when i tried to rebet it was 160€ only .i did not make a bet .what they claim is a lie .that would be different if i made the bet .i am trying to explain that something or someone intervened to prevent me betting and win 3100€.just at the right moment .i am trying to explain that by pupose the stream has a delay for casino or provider to intervenne when big wins are ahead.i have lost because of these practices more then 20000€ potential winnings .as you see it is very profitable for casinos if they do it many times with big players .the internet is full of storys this happenning regular .we are talking about hundreds of thousands potential wins.it is big busines for casinos.if you lose they take your money and if you win they refund your bets.wich part is here fair .it must stop.it is peoples luck they just rob.and the fact if this happens you get frustrated and lose all your money.i lost 5000€ that evening because of this.
