I having a problem, it's not possible to reach the support trough live chat and email they're not responding to me at all

The pending is also to long and they are claiming on the site'lightning withdrawals that means get the money in 24 hours'

Also no true


I also have a problem with the paysafecard option as withdrawal, it says I need to contact support but that's impossible if they're not responding!!!
