The player from the United States has tried to redeem a bonus without being successful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I received a bonus of 50 dollars. It says on the bonus that I already made a deposit to receive this offer. However when I push redeem it will not go. I contacted Lyn on your 24/7 online support. I was told over and over I was wrong, that, that is not what it says. It clearly says that. Then she started putting her words in bold letters. I uploaded the screenshot of the bonus but was told it didn’t say that. It says that I already made a deposit. I talked to her supervisor which she just said that I have to make a deposit first. That’s not what it says. It says I must have made a deposit , NOT I must make a deposit.
This is the worst casino I’ve ever played at. If you want everything you should be getting…..play elsewhere.

It says that you can only activate this offer if you placed a deposit using the code PLAYCROCO previously.
PLAYCROCO is a bonus code for the First Deposit promotion:
It means that you are only entitled to redeem a $50 Free Bonus if you deposited and activated the First Deposit bonus in the past.
Could you please advise if you used the PLAYCROCO code earlier?

Hi, honestly I’m not sure. I kept asking her what my receipt would say being from PlayCroco but she kept avoiding my question. I asked only because some casinos don’t use their names when you purchase online. They usually tell you what your receipt will say. I will say though that it says I already deposited money. That’s the difference with my bonus. Usually if you haven’t deposited money it will say, use this code such and such on your next deposit and you’ll get x amount of money as a bonus. Mine says I already did.
