Hi, I have been trying to withdraw money for over a week. I have requested to withdraw $2000.50 via bank transfer which I was informed today was rejected. Reaching out to customer support they have informed me that it wasn’t on platin casino and was rejected by Inpay. I have reached out to in pay and was informed that they have provided reasoning to platin but I am yet to get an explanation. I have requested another withdrawal but am assuming it will get rejected again. I am verified.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi, 

I am fully verified and have submitted all information. 

I have had multiple withdrawal attempts rejected without explanation. 

Can you please explain why they are being rejected and how to proceed forward.

My deposit was Apple Pay and my withdrawal was bank transfer which was rejected twice. I was advised to create a Skrill account and try to withdraw that way which was also rejected.

Issue has been resolved as I have received payment via mfinity. I would advise not to use this casino as customer support is non existent.

withdrawals were canceled due to missing documents. After documents were provided and verified, withdrawal was processed.

Money is paid out already.

Player had constant email contact with us.
