The player from United States had requested a withdrawal two months before submitting the complaint. It was still pending. The casino representative later informed us the payment had been successfully processed, however, without the player's confirmation, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I have been waiting longer than 2 months for my payout and it hasn't even been reviewed yet.

Yes it was Bitcoin but I'm not sure if the address I have them is good anymore, I'm not 100% how Bitcoin works. But I would be willing to change my method of payout to wire or bank transfer if that will help speed up the process.

And no I don't believe I have ever requested any other payout with them. Except for, originally this payout was for $1500 and they told me my first payout couldn't be more than $1000 so I had to reverse and resubmit request.

Just confirming that the balance of the approved withdrawal was sent to the requested Bitcoin address on the 21st of July, I've checked the account via Blockchain Explorer and the transfer was received as scheduled.
