Unfortunately it's not up to us, we rely on 3rd party payment providers to receive and payout funds to and for our players. Our 3rd party payment providers are no longer able to deliver funds to FNB of Texas (this includes physical check as well) and they are the final word on such things. That said, due to a history of disputed deposits in our sister brands our finance department is insisting that all withdrawals be Bitcoin moving forward.
My suggestion would be to get yourself a Bitcoin wallet you can attach to your bank account Darrell, then when the money comes in you can transfer it as USD to your account immediately and avoid any jeopardy of losing funds due to devaluation.

Yes, the casinos are the same group, but the funds are non-transferable. If you made an agreement with Planet 7 that they will deduct $290 from your next withdrawal, they can't take it from your Cool Cat account.
