The player from the US has been waiting for his withdrawal for 2 months. When Casino suggest possible solution the player wasn't satisfied and asked us to close the complaint.

waiting 2 months now. They gave me a reference #8067849 on 11/29/2020... then nothing despite my many emails demanding a response.

I sent them the documents they asked for around November 10th 2020.

Any help would be great.

I had a few attempts to withdraw and continued to play. as i won more money i canceled the withdraw and started a new one... my last attempt was for this $1,150 and let it stand at that for the past 2months without touching it. I sent in all the requested documents on their form and never got a response.... They never respond to any of my emails except when they give me confirmation numbers and say they will respond in "5 days" or the emails wanting me to deposit more money.

I had one of my team reach out to you yesterday Wilks01, please just follow Steve's instructions and we should be able to get this resolved for you. Submission of clear and complete documents is unfortunately non-negotiable, it is necessary for security reasons to confirm your identity and without the proper documents in place we can't move forward with the withdrawal process.

Im an finally in communication with Steve.

Seem a big issue is now about exposing all my bank information to an overseas unknown casino. A "Check" is on their option so im hoping this option works.

If not i guess i open a new bank acc. and close it after, not sure why paypal isnt an option🤔

So far we have been emailing.

Ok these casino sites are just scammers!

They never intended on giving me my winnings!

I did all their requests like 3 times because they kept "losing"my private banking information!

3 clicks with your creditcard number and they have your money, but you cant collect your winnings.... ever!

I refuse to keep opening more bank accounts to satisfy

him! Im done jumping through hoops! he can mail me a prepaid card or through my Paypal, His tactics are a joke! If you close with him take my winnings and have a great dinner on me! Give tge rest to the waitress as a tip...
