The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a week. The complaint was resolved as the player received his winnings.
My account is completely verified. I also did withdrawal couple of times i worked well. Recently on 8th June I have placed a withdrawal request of 16046 INR. The payment is not yet processed. When I approached customer support they are saying "our Finance Department requested additional information from payment system. Our specialists are waiting for reply." It has been 8 days but no proper response from customer support

When was the last time you successfully processed a withdrawal? Since when exactly is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your current balance from real money or did you use a bonus? What payment method did you use to withdraw?
Please note that delayed payments are common issue in many casinos and unless it's been less then 14 days waiting time, I would recommend to wait only.

I haven't used any bonuses.
My last transaction processed was on 31-5-2022. Received my money within 36 hours of withdrawal time.
My account was fully verified around April 6-7th 2022.
I used PAYTM as my withdrawal methods. I used same PAYTM as my withdrawal previously and I received within 36 hours.
Please let me know if any more info is needed
Hello Nick, They cancelled my withdrawal. I placed a another request using some different payment method, They told me that I should only use the method which is used for deposit i.e PAYTM wallet. But now they have removed PAYTM from the withdrawal options. I am stuck now.
