I have deposited 5000 rupees 30 mins ago till now my deposited ammount is not creduted in my pinup account my money has been deducted from my bank account but yet the money has not been credited in my pinup account pls help me

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I have paid the money and gave the transaction id thn it proccessed sometime and showed transaction not found or already activated in this case what am i gonna do....will i wait or my money had gone...pls reply give me solution can u pls connect me with pin up casino and make my issue ressolved

As I mentioned above, the first step would be to contact the payment provider and ask them what happen to the payment. You can also ask for a charge back if you wish to handle it that way. If the payment provider can't do anything after a while, be sure to contact the casino but it might also take up to a month for them to find the lost deposit.
