As other players, i also received first 3 time, my withdrawal funds. after the last 3rd payment, 12-13 days they dont give winned funds. they have one type of answer "technical issue" "payment issue" "please recreate and wait up to 24 hours" . why ?

if the casino has payment issue 10-15 days, how they call themselves honor ?? i asked them, why your "payment system" never canceled deposit operations and gave back my money? why your issues are active only when customer wants to create withdrawal and receive winned funds ?

Thank you Kristina, i have received withdrawal funds a new minutes ago.


Hello Kristina, my last withdrawal was 400 azn on 11 aprel. and it was the last funds which pin up paid me. from the first day playing pin up casino i have totally received funds 3 times, and every withdrawal were done by mastercard withdrawal payment method. for your attention, i would like to inform you that, my all deposits also were by mastercard payment method. and withdrawals as i wrote above.


And Kristina please let men know, what do you mean "any relevant communications between me and casino" ? for example the chat screen between me and pin up operators ? or other something ?
