The player from India has requested a withdrawal one month prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. The casino has informed us about the payment to be processed, however we were not able to receive a confirmation from the player and we were forced to reject the complaint.

Pin-up is cheating on me. my money is not being withdrawn since almost 1 month. not getting any satisfactory response from the helpline agent. the agents are fooling only by confusing things. and my money is not getting withdrawn. pinup is a completely fraud casino group. cheater!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

This withdrawal amount is won by me. There is no bonus amount add-on in this.And the account information has also been given correctly.But still pinup is not withdrawing my money.
