I deposited 15000 ind this amount in casino last month 6th their NASA finance scientists unable to sort out the issue till the date..From my bank side they already given money credited to user..They treated me very unfair.everytime they are telling their finance team is checking..no proper answer too..i think sone AI is chatting as customer support.My total life dip because of this…dear user don't play this website/any casino..all are similar..my complaint ticket number Ts-1590898..in 2021 i loss huge amount in this website…i know all people are thinking because of my lack of handling emotional feeling this happened.You can tell i am irresponsible..but i know how i trapped in this..once you got habit of this money you will be in their control…So my friends i have only one word to say never try this site for fun also…I was started like this..Now become disaster.Near 2 year i was stopped playing this.After recently i tried for recovering something money i lost..They steal my deposited too..this is fraud..Those who getting profit will feel i am a fool..But later they will also agree..Most of the people end in suicide.Even me too think ..luckily i got better job..Now i am paying my salary 80% for EMI..just managing my current day..i am not able to support my family too..Do anyone reading this feel to ban this type of site from india we can raise official complaint based on our bad experience at least our next generation will not fell in this.Anyone want to file complaint against them please send mail to [email address hidden by Casino Guru].

whatever loss is lost we can not recover that but we can save future of other people life.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. 

Since you have already contacted your bank, could you please forward me any communication showing that the transaction successfully reached the recipient?
