I am not sure it's the right place to make this but I am mad about this Casino... Don't get me wrong, it's not about money, Don't get me wrong, it's not about money, it's about how and why the casino itself works. I don`t know with which problem of all to start

...

  1. With my humble experience in playing slots online for about 3 years never see Casino without Bonus and Terms Policy. From the words of the support, chat players can play what they want for the humble 50x Wager. Cool?!!? Yes but nooo when you start to play at the bottom of the page nonstop flying some BIG WINS in Popular games, and I`m like a modest rookie decided to try some of the most of the wins wherein Amatic and EGT provider. When I try to find some game the search box doesn`t find it with the names provider name, etc STRANGE ?!?!. Try to find it in their list of 3000+ games but not one game shows there (and some more I looking for ) Try to check the provider list but same.
  2. Don`t mention when the deposit money finish has a problem to open any game and wait around 5 10 min for a response.
  3. After this try to play some different games but it is the same in all one, two wins, and 40 empty spins whatever I am not here for this. In all strange situations, the language starts to change it alone ?!?!? (I use English change it to Kazakhstan) ALONE several times and when I start to ask the support more angrily the support gives me responses in normal time for reaction. But the problem was I say something and the support respond to me like a bot (i ask her she say is a real person) She wanted me to make a video and every time they respond was Don't worry send me a screenshot I write 50 word and same answer. Overall the worst experience I ever have in an online casino.

If I need to rate the casino maybe I will give them 0.1/10 (For the good looking girl in the picture
