They are looking for a photo of me (selfie with ID card and mobile phone with email from Paripesa), that's what I did.. The photo is visible, readable.. But I always get the same answer.. I asked, the reason worked, but the bot wrote always the same answer..
I contacted live chat, photo upload, and got reply:
"Photo is good, visible, but our email support decides, not customer service"
Big scams, deposit is very easy, advertising with "Anonymous bets", everything, but in reality you can forget about withdrawals...
Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
