Not my first payout with paradise8 but definitely the slowest. Never had any problems with them until now. Requested a $500 cash out on 11/21. I’ve sent several emails to support and management but I only get the same robot responses. Live chat support never connects with me unless it is a robot response. I really enjoy this casino and I’ve spent a lot of money here, I want my money and some basic communication would be nice.

They paid me 2 days after I posted. I guess I just got nervous after their time frame passed and never having a payout take that long from them before. Thanks for your help and for your calming advice. Respect.
