The player from United Kingdom is disappointed about Bitcoin being the only available withdrawal payment method. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
So this is a tricky one and so is the reason I'm here. I'm a 16 year deep slots player so have a good feel for online sites and casions etc.....
I'm currently playing on Paradise 8 and my current balance is £400 and iv played through my requirements. They are currently advertising for new players:
100% deposit bonus
20x play through
No max withdrawal
So I deposit £75, collective balance now £150 with a play through of £3000. So I play it through and although nowhere near ready to withdraw, through curiosity I go to the withdrawal at the cashier.
The only option is Bitcoin? What? Seriously?
So I google... and end up here. Looking at a complaint from another uk player and I'm asking myself, is this going to be war and peace? Sounds dodgy as hell and im simply complaining to start a thread (if I don't blow the £400) to 1) back up this other players problem and to correlate what hes saying and 2) wo that I can keep you updated on the whole process.
I won £10,000 with a sister site but due to me not being diligent (like I have ever since) max withdrawal was £1000 so I took that on the chin and jumped through a 1000 hoops like this other uk complaint and did get the money EVENTUALLY.
So I'm no stranger to this but never in all these years have I not had DC, CC or bank transfer available at cash out.
Let's see what happens.....
Dear James,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If I understood it correctly you haven’t communicated this issue with the casino yet? If they don’t offer you an alternative option to withdraw your funds, please consider opening a Bitcoin account in the future. It is fast, safe and you can always convert bitcoin to cash and ultimately move it to a bank account. Furthermore, please understand, that a variety of the payment methods is not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation and contracts with the payment providers, all have a major influence. However, I believe we will be able to help you to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
