The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 2 weeks. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I requested a payout 4/13 and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything, reached out to customer support. They escalated my case and told me to check back 24-48 hours. It has now been 2 weeks and they have escalated my case 6 times! I have all the chat transcripts.
