I have not received payment in the past but I requested a cash out weeks prior and was successfully verified. The amount that was APPROVED FOR CASHOUT TO BITCOIN, KYC docs verified, was $1500. It took them so long to payout that I cancelled the deposit and played the winnings gradually. This time I’ve been waiting for $100 and have not gotten either payout request successfully.
