The player from Malaysia had his account closed due to provider’s decision. It was closed because he used VPN which is prohibited.
Dear engku,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please describe your problem in more detail? Did the casino share the reason why your account was closed? Did you manage to pass the KYC before your account was closed?
Would you be so kind and forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru?
Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Kristina
Thank you very much engku for your reply. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Viliam who will be at your assistance. I wish you the best of luck and hope to see your problem being resolved to your satisfaction soon.
Hello engku,
I looked at your complaint and will do my best to help you. I would like to invite Palace of Chance Casino into this conversation. Casino, can you please specify why did you block the player’s account?
Greetings all,
Well Engku, normally players from Malaysia are not allowed to play in our casinos and prohibited from doing so at an IP level. Since you used a VPN out of Singapore to circumvent this (VPNs also not allowed per casino rules I'm afraid) our system allowed you to sign up. When your actual location was discovered unfortunately our Security Team had no choice but to ban your account.
Best,
Nick and Palace of Chance
Dear engku,
Casino has provided evidence that you were using VPN. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Sorry, we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. We are here to help.
