The player from Texas had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout had not been received yet. Upon receiving her complaint, we informed her that withdrawal processes could take up to two weeks due to possible KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We advised her to be patient and cooperate fully with the casino. However, the player failed to respond to our follow-up messages, which led us to reject the complaint due to lack of communication.

This casino is a fraud, i would advise anyone to never play here. I won off a bonus play and sent my information to get my withdrawal. They emailed me to and said they couldn't pay me because my email address was not on the account. I knew than they were a fraud and don't believe in paying. I contacted customer service and asked them to verify they had the right email on file. The 1st representative disconnected the chat and the second before verifying my email was on file going to ask me have i sent my information. I told him read my question again because that was not my question. I emailed the screen shot of what the rep verified about my email address being on file. I will never get a response from them . they are a joke of a casino

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I been had a account since 11/ 8 and just logged in to ask them about the withdrawal. they just said once they do verification I can then withdrawal.
