The player from Paraguay has been struggling to receive her winnings for almost three months. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
I played a deposit without a bonus and finished the wagering requirements. There was no problem making a deposit but the casino made the withdrawal difficult and won't pay me.
My account is fully verified and I emailed all the required documents and they verified all. So I don't know what is the problem on their side.
I made a bank withdrawal last June 2021 on the casino called omnislots.com.
The amount is 1500 USD and it has been 3 MONTHS but they haven't paid still!
They never provided receipt of the transfer so I assumed that they never really sent it but only said so. And they can easily send it to my online wallet that I used to deposit to their casino.
I don't know why they refused to send the payment to my deposit wallet.
I emailed them multiple times asking for the receipt but they ignored all my emails.

You can see on the screenshot in my account it showed VERIFIED: Yes
I used Skrill but they were having problems sending payments there, as they said on their email.
As of today, I can still log in to my omni slots account.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
