On 11/08/21 I applied for a payment at the above casino in the amount of € 350. After several email messages with the customer contact, he last assured on 11/12/21 that the payment had been approved and will most likely be transferred to the specified account on 11/12/21. Unfortunately, I had to find out that until today, 11/15/21, no payment has been made to my account. I emailed customer service again today.
