The Welcome offer

for first deposit is 500% matched bonus if you atleast deposit $100. And then with a wager of 30x. Meaning the 500% matched bonus of $100 deposit is wagering 10,000 without knowing you have to finished the wagering for 2days!!! Take note 2 days and i realized it when i checked my account in my bonus, i did ask the live support and to tell them having 2 days of wagering the 10,000 is not fair for all i know its just 7days or 21days. she told me i have to finished the wagering for 21 days, the support as far as she knows. O clarified that its gonna be 2 days wagering only, and i spend like $500 to play so i can finished wagering, i keep lossing and doibg deposit, but it never happen to me finished the wager. At the end i still need to finished 7k.

the support doubled checked the wagering requirements for all she know it was 21 days, and she got shocked and did apology coz she didnt know either.

i was frustrated i told them your welcone offer was a big scamm. How come you have to give me a 2 days for wagering 10,000. They never did any actions to make me convince and accept and to ubderstand their side, instead they controlled of slots game which i cannot able to play! How sad right.

i registered with them, play and deposit, in the end they ginna scamm my money and never treated as customer.

this isnthe worse experienced i ever had with them. The management and the relevant department that they said. Yeah relevant coz they are irelevant! I hope you can help me to get my money that i deposit which almost total of more than $500

Do I understand correctly that your main concern here is the short time that the casino gives to fulfill the wagering requirements? Also, do I understand correctly that you didn't manage to complete the wagering requirements in time?

Thank you for your reply, hmanansala0326. I checked the bonus T&Cs for this bonus and I found this:

"Wagering requirement on deposit bonus must be completed within 2 Days"


I agree that the period is quite short, but the casino is free to set the bonus expiration as they wish. Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time, especially when the casino shares all the relevant information on the website. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, and we cannot punish them for having such terms.

Hi Kristina do you think this is fair treatment for me, by the Casino customer suport under neon vegas issue but replying in 21.com

casino which is the same management, accusing

me with mental health issue. This is verbal assault

I am sorry, but this is not an issue we could focus on. The casino is clearly concerned about the playing habits of its players. I am sure you will agree with me that it is always better if the casino suggests appropriate responsible gambling tools (even if the player may not need them) than to leave players who seem to have some problems spend everything or play uncontrollably.
