I can’t withdraw, my accounts verified didn’t accept a bonus, all there methods of withdrawing say error if it loads it says accepted then come it comes back into my account saying it’s my banks issue and I’ve rung my bank and they said it’s nothing on there end, after 20+ failed attempts every time it fails there’s another excuse in my emails every time or usually it just doesn’t process and says error, the bot support team has a different reason every time from why it isn’t working saying my details are wrong or I need to deposit again or use another card??

  • Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified?
  • What payment method did you use to deposit?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?


According to the chat conversation you forwarded, you simply has to use a different payment method to withdrawal but you have to deposit with it first (to verify the payment method)
