The player from the US had experienced an account ban before reaching a new level and gaining a significant reward. She alleged that the ban had been prompted by her speaking up about the casino's misconduct, including operation without a license and manipulating games. The player also claimed that the casino owed her about 160 USD from their "medal" program. However, we had clarified that we could not penalize the casino for closing her account and that potential rewards or 'loyalty points' were not considered real funds. We also explained that we did not handle complaints related to licensing regulations and policies. As a result, we were forced to reject the player's complaint as unjustified.

This casino banned my account just as I was going to level up and receive a reward of 128nnd, which I had worked hard and spent alot of money to get. They banned my account simply because I stated the truth about them being caught last year manipulating roulette. The proof is shown in the attachments I have provided. But, at first, they tried to say that I was muted for "begging". Not true. I can provide statements from several other players that I was never begging on this site but rather, I was always sharing with players. So, they muted me for begging and then suddenly banned my account and locked me out of it. I didn't break any of their terms at all. And they never proved that I did. I also asked Raiw why they are operating without a license. This is also a fact. They just ban any account that might make them look bad. I've seen them ban multiple players who did nothing wrong right before they were getting ready to collect a big reward. I worked and played alot of money for that reward. Nanogames needs to pay me for it. If they don't, I will get their site shut down because they are breaking alot of laws. It's time for them to pay me for what I worked so hard for. They will continue to do this until something is done about it.

Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you. Please understand that any potential rewards or "loyalty points" are not considered real funds but rather bonus money.

So you're saying that it's perfectly legal for a casino to ban an account for no reason at all and keep your money? Anywhere else, this would be a theft crime. Not to mention this casino isn't even operating legally without a license, so how are their terms and conditions even legitimate ? And, how is it that they openly allow players from the US when it is a blacklisted country ? Aren't they breaking the law by doing this ? I am just very frustrated. Because this happens all the time to players there. They ban them and then keep their money for absolutely no reason... Other than they are greedy. They are definitely manipulating games so they aren't "provably fair" at all. That was already established when a player caught them manipulating roulette and they paid him hush money to basically be quiet about it. They have blatantly robbed so many people. And you can't say that they don't know that players from the US are playing there because players talk about their locations openly in chat all the time with their Mods present..they know.

So it looks like they're going to get away with this....wow. I hope that this is all available for the general public to read as an accurate account of what this casino does. They also allow Jew- hating jokes and explicit sexual conversations in their player chat. But, if you state the truth about losing money...they will mute you right away so that other players don't know that they're a scam..unreal. This casino is stealing alot of money from its customers and seems like it just doesn't matter. When did operating without a license become legal ? When did stealing other people's money become legal ? When has a company been allowed to violate their own terms and conditions yet accuse their players of doing so and banning them for a lie ? This casino deserves no stars. It is honestly a front for a money stealing operation.....what a shame !

I want this complaint to be available for all to see. Because people need to be made aware of these crooks. They steal blatantly every day from their players. None of their games are fair. None. And they will mute or ban anyone who speaks up about it. But, I'd also like the funds I should have earned from their "medal" program which they advertise although they say that it "isn't working right now" and they have been saying that for over 2 years now even though they are still advertising it and I would have had all medals. They cannot advertise a medal program that they don't even have. So they owe me about 160 USD. I want that because I earned it and according to their own promotional advertising on their site, the medal program is available.
